Shiba Inu seems to be facing a lawsuit filed by the Canadian company- ‘Ask The Doctor’. The company not only wants to file a lawsuit against the Dogecoin killer but also its creators.

The Canadian online medical service provider had earlier added $1.5 million (roughly Rs. 11.26 crore) worth of Shiba Inu (SHIB) to its balance sheet. The depredation saw the healthcare startup acquire approximately 31 billion SHIB tokens through crypto exchange Kraken, as the healthcare company prepared to start accepting the token as a payment option from its partners. This disclosure came up within hours of the startup tweeting that it had been receiving demands from Crypto users, specifically by the “SHIBARMY” to start accepting payments in the token.

Soon after this, the company started to transfer all it’s coins to SHIB.

Shiba Inus are prone to aggression whether it is towards humans, other animals, or guarding their possessions.

Their natural aggression will make most breeders weary of recommending a Shiba Inu pup to a family with children.

As with any dog breed, children should be taught how to approach and touch dogs.

SHIB, the firm disclosed that it also holds Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Cardano (ADA), Polkadot (DOT), Polygon (MATIC), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Floki Inu (FLOKI). “As technology evolves, we believe we need to as well,” the team said at the time.

In a sudden twist of events, on December 21, Ask the Doctor withdrew its support for Shiba Inu, describing the SHIB as a scam since Shytoshi Kusama and the rest of the founders have not revealed their true identities. As a result, the Canadian company said in a tweet (which has since been deleted) that it had “officially eliminated SHIB off” its balance sheet.

“Why is ShytoshiKusama not revealing himself? Easier for scammers to hide from law enforcement and people coming after you? SHIB is a scam shibarmy, the 1% real is brainwashed and 99% is bots.”

Ask the Doctor then posted numerous tweets against Shiba Inu.

Shiba Inu.

Ask the Doctor запустила розыгрыш Tesla.

Shiba Inu are intelligent and good-natured with family, but tend to be reserved or standoffish with strangers.
They are always alert and often protective.

In one of them, the firm revealed it had sent emails to leading cryptocurrency exchanges like Binance, Kraken, and CryptoCom to delist SHIB from their platforms.

The healthcare company even claimed that the creators of the scam project Squid Game (SQUID) had “laundered” some of their fraud proceeds by purchasing Shiba Inu tokens.

Ask The Doctor posted the following tweet after they removed SHIB from their treasury:

“We will begin our initial lawsuit filing against Shib token and Shytoshi Kusama in UK tomorrow. It’s our obligation to protect the crypto community from these potential scammers.

We will get their identities.”

The change of heart is somewhat surprising since “Ask The Doctor” has been an advocate of crypto in the previous months.

Earlier in November this year, it enabled users to pay in Dogecoin (DOGE) for medical assistance.

Ask The Doctor, via its partner firms, offers a range of healthcare services including telemedicine consults, COVID-19 tests, travel medical insurance, dental procedures, cosmetic procedures, and more.

The firm has been accepting BTC and other cryptocurrencies as a payment method since 2016, a move that its co-founder and CEO Prakash Chand defended as it provided more privacy for patients and maximized accessibility to its services.

As CryptoGlobe reported, Ask The Doctor announced in late November it was accepting DOGE payments and as soon moving to add Shiba Inu and Floki Inu payments as well.
